activiti 添加bpmn文件报错 ?报错

activiti 添加bpmn文件时报错：请教下各位
(关键是：有的bpmn文件可以正常添加，有的文件就会报如下错误：)
我的代码：
InputStream inputStreamBpmn = this.getClass().getResourceAsStream("exclusiveGateway.bpmn");
Deployment deployment = processEngine.getRepositoryService()
.createDeployment()
.addInputStream("exclusiveGateway.bpmn", inputStreamBpmn)
.deploy();

                下面是报错信息:
