视频直播服务自定义RAM授权

业务场景
视频直播服务，系统默认的权限仅有AliyunLiveFullAccess，针对API接口所涉及的权限配置暂无详细说明

解决方案
1、视频直播服务API接口，官网链接：

2、通过RAM自定义授权指定的API接口，方法如下：

注意点
由于直播服务使用的CDN的资源，Action处写的API接口是live，Resource处写的产品是CDN。否则会提示报错：User not authorized to operate on the specified resource。
