可以从以下方面排查下
- 客户机器维度的各项指标异常或饱和：CPU，内存（OOM）， 网络IO，磁盘；
- 客户进程维度的各项指标是否异常：Java FullGC, JVM堆OOM，JVM线程池满等； 此回答整理自钉群“表格存储技术交流群-2”
