modelscopepip是24.0，安装的时候报错，是什么原因呢？

"在部署Mimicbrush这个项目，

modelscope创建了一个3.8.19的Python环境，pip是24.0，安装的时候报错，是什么原因呢？报错如下

PS：另一个虚拟环境可以正常安装，Python环境为3.11.7，Pip为23.3.1
