显示EventBridge数量17，没有点击按钮创建EventBridge，怎么有这些EventBridge

采纳回答事件总线EventBridge目前支持17个地域，开通EventBridge后，这17个地域分别默认支持云服务专用总线default，所以显示有17个default资源。可以点击“17”所在的区域，查看资源详情。
EventBridge支持的地域，可以参考文档：https://help.aliyun.com/document_detail/185648.html。
