bugzilla搭建好以后无法正常访问？求助！?报错
浏览器输入http：//127.0.0.1:81/index.cgi后会报错：

The ./data/params file does not exist. You probably need to run checksetup.pl. at Bugzilla/Config.pm line 314. Compilation failed in require at c:\bugzilla\index.cgi line 19. BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at c:\bugzilla\index.cgi line 19.

注意要使用checksetup.pl检测是否所有的模块都安装完成，这样才能保证Bugzilla所需要的perl模块、数据库、邮件服务都能正常运转
