springMVC启动log4j查看有一个debug报错(jndi)?报错

我没有用jndi,就是简单的 springMVC+mybatis , dbcp连接池. 感觉给你数据源有关.

还有,  debug输出的 这种错误, 不会影响程序的正常运行,我们有必要关注吗?
