Centos7 error: Failed to initialize NSS library

在Centos 7.2执行下列命令yum install -y gcc libaio-devel spice-server-devel spice-protocol-devel ceph-devel libiscsi-devel pixman-devel zlib-devel glib2-devel libusbx-devel.x86_64 libcap-devel glusterfs-api-devel glusterfs-devel glusterfs-devel libfdt-devel libfdt-devel gcc-c++ 之后无法使用yum以及rpm命令，报错信息为：error: Failed to initialize NSS library There was a problem importing one of the Python modules required to run yum. The error leading to this problem was:

cannot import name ts
