import os

for folderName, subfolders, filenames in os.walk('C:\delicious'):

print('The current folder is ' + folderName)

for subfolder in subfolders:
    print('SUBFOLDER OF ' + folderName + ': ' + subfolder)
for filename in filenames:
    print('FILE INSIDE ' + folderName + ': '+ filename)

也可以用下面的
for fname in os.listdir('.'):

if os.path.isdir(fname):
   pass  # do your stuff here for directory
else:
   pass  # do your stuff here for regular file
