WordPress安装出错，报Internal Server Error。

请问下WordPress安装出错，报Internal Server Error，应该如何解决。
用的是万网独享虚拟主机，现在准备安装WP，报错如下：
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

删除WP自带.htaccess也没用，请问该如何解决？
