你用的是云服务器吗？如果是的话请到你的网站目录那里更改下权限。
chmod -R 755 (网站目录或者用*匹配所有文件)
例如 chmod -R 755 /data/www/*
chown -R （更改为web软件用户组）:（web软件用户名） （用匹配所有文件）
例如 chown -R www-data:www-data *
