为sphinx创建索引时候报错，不支持searchd运行状态创建索引，但是加上--rotate选项即可正常支持，-rotate参数可以在不停止searchd的情况下索引，不然的话会有上面的提示：
/www/server/sphinx-3.4.1/bin/indexer --rotate -c /www/server/sphinx-3.4.1/etc/sphinx-min.conf questionResource temporarily unavailable, will not index. Try --rotate option.
